Hi I’m Tarina Stasi,  founder and trusted partner at Merit Search. Helping others and making a positive difference in their lives is what inspires me most. I'm truly passionate about human connections, both professionally and personally. It’s those human-centered moments that have led me to a rewarding career in the consumer space.  

 

I’m grateful to have the opportunity to combine my years of experience in both Talent Acquisition and Client Partnerships with the creation of Merit Search.

These collaborations have allowed me to hone my skills in strategic planning and relationship building while consistently delivering exceptional results.

 

Outside of work, I love spending time with my sweet pup Luca, taking road trips, perusing through the local farmers market, and spending quality time with family and friends. I value being kind, operating with integrity, and merit-based wins.
